Emily had a great time checking out the Dragon sculpture and then the Reindeer while spending the day with Grandma and Grandpa Raymond last week. She also enjoyed some fries at Joe's Hamburgers.

Thanksgiving up north

Two Thanksgivings in one year?! Emily celebrated Thanksgiving up north with Grandma Linda and Grandpa Bob at their cabin. Daddy was the chef du jour and put together a delicious meal, complete with turkey, candied yams, mashed potatoes, green beans, dinner rolls, stuffing, cranberries, gravy, and two pies!

We celebrated Thanksgiving with Grandma Berta's homemade pasties! Emily thoroughly enjoyed her first pasty. She is 25% Yooper, after all.

After voting, Emily and I headed over to the Library for story time and messing around in the kids play area. Here's a photo:
